Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care items cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
